Selection Process
An online selection process will be used to choose bands. Musicians will be subjected to two rounds of voting, online and finals. Musicians will be judged online by popular vote.
Top 15 musicians will go through to one of four individual competitions held at various locations on the Sunshine Coast. Live performances will be judged by a panel of industry experts, based on crowd votes, audience participation, stage presence, originality and professionalism.
All decisions by judging panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The organizers reserve the right to veto inappropriate bands from the competition. The organizers reserve the right to allocate musicians to appropriate competition venues.
