This Thursday, 80 young people aged 15 – 25 are attending the Sunshine Coast Youth Summit to voice their opinions and concerns, be heard and be a part of the solution to issues we face as a community today, in creating a brighter tomorrow.
This one day event is organised by young people for young people, to inspire and empower Sunshine Coast young people in discussing and developing solutions to issues they identify as important within their community and be heard by more than 40 local decision-makers and stakeholders including Mark McArdle (Deputy Leader LNP), Jarrod Bleijie, Cr Debbie Blumel, Peter Slipper, Kevin O’Sullivan (Dep of Education, Employment & Workplace Relations), & Sgt Steve McDonald (QLD Police).
